Can your chucks handle temperature fluctuations?

While we don’t have specific test data for exact fluctuations, our chucks are successfully used in demanding environments. For example, they operate continuously in cryogenic settings at sub-zero temperatures and are utilized in the human tissue industry, where they regularly transition between sub-zero and room temperature during operation. Based on this experience, we are confident that our chucks can handle similar temperature fluctuations.
However, if your application involves exposure to fluctuating temperatures in a high-moisture or corrosive environment, you may consider using rust-proof or corrosion-resistant materials. Keep in mind that these materials tend to be more brittle than standard stainless steel, which could result in more frequent breakage, a shorter lifespan, and increased maintenance, such as replacing bearings and locking mechanisms more often. Proper consideration of these factors will help ensure optimal performance and longevity.
