Maxx-ER 020487 50 Stainless to Compact ITS System Adapter — How to disassemble the center?

To remove the central part of the adapter, you can use either pin extractor pliers or a pin spanner wrench. Follow these steps:

1. Locate the two small holes on top of the central part.
2. Insert the tips of the pin extractor pliers or pin spanner wrench into the holes.
3. Carefully turn to unscrew the central part.
4. Once removed, you can replace the central screw if needed.
5. Reassemble by screwing the part back into place.
