The most accurate method is to use dowel pins on the bottom of your holder. Our Performance Pallets come with finished holes for 6mm or 0.250" dowels, which help center and align your holder precisely on the pallet.
If dowels aren't an option—due to the size or design of your holder—you can align it manually:
- Start by locating the center of the chuck.
- Place your holder on the pallet and snug the mounting screws, but don’t fully tighten them yet.
- Mount the pallet onto the chuck.
- Use a measuring tool to tap the holder into position until it’s centered, you’ll need something on the holder to measure from and verify the centering.
- Once aligned, carefully remove the assembly and fully tighten the screws.
This method ensures your setup remains accurate and repeatable.
