What is the center tolerance of the finished dowel holes on you MaxxMacro 54 and 70 Performance Pallets? Are they compatible with 3R locating features?

The finished dowel holes in our MaxxMacro Performance Pallets have a center tolerance of ±0.005mm. They are machined while the pallet is mounted on a chuck, ensuring precise alignment with the XY reference. Many of our customers use these dowel holes for fixture placement in high-accuracy environments and have found them to be highly reliable. While they are not explicitly designed for 3R locating features, their precision and repeatability make them a dependable solution for demanding applications.
