    We currently do not offer a pickup service, as our warehouse does not have public access. All orders are shipped directly to your location using our shipping partners.

    We currently do not support third-party invoicing or payment systems. However, we can provide you with a PDF version of the invoice or quote for your records and processing.

    There is no minimum order amount. However, for orders under $500, payment must be made online using a credit card or PayPal. We do not accept wire transfers for amounts below this threshold.
  • What is the cutoff time for same-day shipping?

    Our cutoff time for same-day shipping is 2:00 p.m. EST from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, the cutoff time is 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST. Orders placed after these times will be processed on the next business day.
