Why wasn’t I informed of additional shipping charges?

As stated on our website, all products are shipped internationally, and import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are not included in our quotes, as they vary by country and are collected by customs or the shipping carrier upon import.
Even when purchasing locally, these fees are usually built into the price by the importer. Ordering directly from us often results in lower overall costs, even with duties applied.
